1. The promoter of this free prize draw is Vimto Soft Drinks (a trading division of Nichols plc, registered in England under company number 238303), Laurel House, Woodlands Park, Ashton Road, Newton Le Willows (“Vimto”).

e draw is open to all UK residents aged 13 or over, excluding employees of Nichols plc or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. Where no such proof is supplied, or the entrant is not of the requisite age, Vimto may disqualify the entrant.
3. There is no charge to enter the free prize draw and no purchase is necessary. However, standard mobile data and internet charges may apply.
4. Each prize draw/competition starts at the time and date of the individual Facebook competition post and ends at 11:59pm (GMT) on the date stated on the Facebook competition post.
5. To enter you must comment your answer to the question stated on the Facebook competition post.
6. One entry per person. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.
7. The prize(s) on offer is stated on the Facebook competition post. Please note image used may be for illustrative purposes only.
8. The winner(s) will be selected after 12 noon on the day after the Prize Draw at random by an independent party from all the entries and notified by Facebook following the draw. If Vimto is unable to trace a winner(s) within 48 hours of its first attempt at contact then Vimto will be entitled to withdraw the offer and another winner will be selected at random.
9. Vimto reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prize is not transferable. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Vimto reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion or to amend these terms and conditions.
10. The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity in connection with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that a winner agrees to their name and town/county of residence being made publicly available if they win. In particular by providing their details, entrants agree that Vimto may publish their name as a winner on its social media accounts or via any other medium. For details of the winners, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Vimto at the address set out above.
11. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed to third party suppliers only insofar as required for the fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
12. Vimto will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
13. Vimto reserves the right to delete entries.
14. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Vimto reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
