🌈 Rainbow Trout – £5.50 each
🐟 Mackerel – £4.50 each

Both the rainbow trout and mackerel can be filleted for you, so just ask when you’re ordering and we’ll get them ready👌🏻

💜 DAMSONS! 💜

That lovely little purple fruit is back, and at £6.95/kg they’re ready to be turned into something rather special! 😍

Here we’ve got a couple of ideas for you…

🍯 EASY DAMSON JAM

You’ll need:
• 900g damsons
• 900g granulated sugar
• 150ml water
• A small k**b of butter

Simmer the damsons with the water for around 15 minutes until soft, then add the sugar and stir gently until completely dissolved. Bring to a rolling boil for around 10 minutes, then test the setting point on a cold saucer. Pour into sterilised jars and you’re done! 🍞🍯

And for those feeling a little more adventurous…

🍸 DAMSON GIN

• 500g damsons
• 250g golden caster sugar
• 1 litre gin

Freeze the damsons overnight, then give them a little bash to break the skins. Pop them into a large sterilised jar with the sugar and gin, give it a good shake and leave somewhere cool and dark for 2–3 months, giving it a shake regularly during the first week.

Strain, bottle and you’ve got yourself a rather lovely homemade tipple to enjoy later in the year. 🍸💜

We’ve just got some beautiful Warrington honey in the shop, and it’s a proper local favourite! 🌿

🍯 Runny Honey – £6 per 1lb jar
🍯 Cut Comb Honey – £5.75

Honey is naturally packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, making it a lovely natural addition to your diet. 💛

And if you’ve never tried cut comb honey, you’re missing out! Spread it straight onto toast, add it to a cheeseboard or simply enjoy it right off the spoon! There’s something rather special about eating honey straight from the comb 🐝🍯

🌼 Also is hay fever getting you down? A spoonful a day of local honey is a little trick that many of our customers swear by!

🥰 Homegrown Organic ‘Stella’ Plums

You simply won’t find plums this fresh… or this cheap! 🥴🙌

Sweet, juicy and grown right here on the farm, they’re as local as it gets. Perfect for snacking, crumbles, jams… or eating straight from the bag on the way home! 😅

You’ll find them in the wheelbarrow at the front of the shop. Be quick though… once they’re gone, they’re gone! ❤️
