We work closely with our processing partner Dovecote Park - a meat processing company known for exceptional product, innovation and industry-leading animal welfare standards.

Their facilities combine traditional British butchery techniques with some of the most advanced technology in the food sector. It’s this balance of heritage and precision that helps ensure every cut meets the highest standard.

Alongside this, we have our own on-site butchery team who play a vital role in our supply chain. With decades of experience, they bring skill, pride and real attention to detail to every cut of Wagyu that leaves our site. At the heart of Warrendale Wagyu are the relationships we’ve built with our farmers through long-term, collaborative partnerships.

From producers to finishers, each farmer plays a vital role in producing our premium British Wagyu. Together, we’ve developed flexible, localised supply chains that work with each farming system by supporting the way they farm.

Every day, they help us produce British Wagyu with proper care, high standards and a real pride in doing things well.
