Give brisket a try!

​Perfect for feeding a crowd, brisket is best slow-cooked, allowing the rich marbling to melt into the meat, creating a rich sauce and luxurious texture 😋

Try it as a Sunday roast alternative with mash and seasonal veg and then use the leftovers to top jacket potatoes or fill tacos, just add spring onions, cheese and sour cream or lime, salsa and avocado!

A fantastic evening celebrating a big milestone for Santo's Higham Farm Hotel!

Our brisket is award-winning 🌟🌟🌟

We are overjoyed to have been awarded a three-star Great Taste award for our British Wagyu Brisket Joint 😊

Three stars is the highest award and this year less than 2% of entries were given the accolade.

Described as "a stunning piece of meat" by award judges, our brisket is best slow-cooked, braised, smoked or roasted as these processes allow the marbling to melt into the meat; giving it a luxurious melt-in-the-mouth texture.
