Our 24 hour fermented dough made with a mix of Caputo Blue and Red type 00 flour. Topped with crushed tomatoes, fresh basil, pecorino cheese, Fior Di latte mozzarella, prosciutto ham, pepperoni, Nduja, mushrooms and hot honey.

World Cup winner Bobby Moore was only a year older than me when he died of bowel cancer. I’ve entered the Bobby Moore challenge, which is running 2 miles every day for the whole of July, did my first training run this morning 🥵🏃🏽I’ll keep you updated with how it’s going

We won’t be at the Barford community centre this Friday due to an event being held there, however we will be just down the road at 28 Wasperton Lane CV358DU on a driveway that a friend has very kindly allowed us to use. We’re there 5-8pm
