What's on the Plate? Part 3
This green pilau is one of those dishes that fills the kitchen with the most incredible smell and a big family favourite.
Fresh coriander gives it its vibrant colour, warming spices bring the flavour, and slow-cooked brisket runs through it for a little extra comfort. Best served with Chicken Curry and Potato Salad.
Simple food, cooked with care, and best enjoyed surrounded by good company 🤍
