We just had a great morning at Oadby Gymnastics Parents and tots session.

Two large rooms all set up for pre schoolers to explore the gymnastic equipment safely including an additional sensory areas perfect for babies. The room is set up differently every time we go keeping it fresh and exciting.

What made today extra special was the team. Josh and Dylan were fantastic with Emmy, engaging with her and the other little ones and even teaching her some new skills.

I personally prefer coming here to a soft play. More variation of play and less getting stuck in small areas.

I always love visiting our Leicester Print Workshop. The team are always so lovely and you get amazing opportunities to create some unique art.

This is the second time I have been to the festival and they put on different activities each time. Expect at least 3 different create stations with all of them being hands on for little ones. Think big machines and some beautiful art afterwards.

This year we did:

Leicester Print Workshop also opens up its doors monthly for the Leicester earlies which is always second Saturday of the month.

This is always a full day of adventure for our family. A great mixture of attractions to enjoy in the beautiful Welsh forest. An eco warrior of a theme park where over 80% of the energy used to run the park comes from their solar farm. As well as the world's first people powered rollercoaster and the UK's first solely solar powered ride... This park is fun and showcasing super impressive science. I loved learning about how the rollercoaster works.

There is one rollercoaster and then several rides/activities around the site as well as some super impressive play areas and hourly magic and circus shows through the afternoon. We spent the whole day here easily. We found the queues on some of the rides near lunch longer than we would of expected but still less than 20mins a go. At the end of the day you could just walk straight on.

The site is mainly aimed for children above 100cm but still a good amount of stuff for toddlers to get involved with. A handful of the rides for bigger kids have play areas or slides for little ones right next to them which shows some great site planning.
