John the Baker Bread making is not hard, don’t believe those that tell you otherwise. I am a master baker and run Bread baking classes and demonstrations.

Welcome to Bread Making Excellence. I am a master baker and personally run all bread baking classes. During the session I will show you and your friends how to make THE perfect loaf, by hand, from scratch, without any fancy tools or expensive equipment (well apart from an oven), just you, the ingredients and a bowl. We bake in your environment (kitchen). I will provide all the ingredients, all the

tools (apart from the oven), and I even do all the cleaning up for you too while you sit back and enjoy that magical aroma of the bread baking in the oven. You get hands-on and each make a loaf yourselves. At the end of the session you get to take your completed loaf home with you to devour at your pleasure. Why not host as a friends and family party, corporate event, local group or children’s party? The ingredients we use will be sourced as locally as possible. I also run demonstrations at local markets, and can run a demonstration at your event too.
