NOT WHAT WE WANTED TO BE POSTING TODAY 😔

Sadly, we’ve realised we’re around £60 down from the Cake Shed this week, and we’re genuinely just really disappointed.

We don’t know what’s happened or why someone has felt the need to take cakes without paying, but if you were genuinely struggling and couldn’t afford something, we really wish you’d just knocked on our door and asked. We’re human too, and we would much rather have given you some cake free of charge than have you feel like you needed to take it. ❤️

We now have to spend hours going through the CCTV footage to work out what’s happened, which is something we really didn’t want to have to do.

So, whoever it was, we’re giving you until the end of today to return what’s owed — either send it over or quietly pop it through our letterbox. No embarrassment, no judgement, and no questions asked. We’d just really appreciate you doing the right thing. ❤️

We’re a small business and £60 is a lot of money for us to lose.

Hopefully we can get it sorted without having to take it any further.
