We put our local MP to work...

It was an absolute pleasure welcoming Gagan Mohindra MP to Unit VII as part of his Work Experience Week... swapping Westminster for Watford’s industrial heart and getting a proper taste of life behind the scenes at an independent local business.

Gagan is the MP for South West Hertfordshire and spent time with the team, getting stuck in and chatting about the realities of running a small hospitality business.

But we couldn’t let him leave that easily...

Stay tuned for Part 2, where Zarina sits down with Gagan and grills him with a few questions.

Coffee was served. Questions were asked. No political dodging allowed.

We don’t do boring breakfast.

Grated cheddar melted straight on the grill. A jammy egg, caramelised sausage… folded, pressed, flipped until golden… Sweet chilli jam layered over the top.
