My sweetest boy, who celebrated his 3rd birthday requested a dino party and of course a dinosaur cake.
And mommy did what she does best - I delivered 😁

Hi my loves, it's been some time since I've posted on here. I wanted to share this absolute beauty of a cake.

When I first started cake decorating, one of my preferred styles was palette knife decorating. I loved the feeling loosing myself into what I was doing and loving the end result. As time passed and I developed different ways to style my cakes, I realized that forgot about this love that I had for palette knife decorating. Yes, it can be quite a lengthy process, but it is so rewarding at the end.

It was really lovely to revisit this style again........and remind myself why I loved it in the first place xx

Hi!!!! 👋 So I’ve realized that in the nearly 2 years that SweetlyMade by Jorraine has been running, a lot of people didn’t really know who was the person behind the business: then boom, suddenly, my face was plastered across this page, courtesy my amazing birthday photoshoot by

So, in the wake of this new found bravado of photo sharing, I thought this would be a great opportunity to re-introduce myself to you all as I’ve seen so many beautiful new faces follow over these past months. I have been very grateful to have such amazing SweetlyMade fam.

So, here goes…. again 😊…

I’m Jorraine (pronounced like Lorraine but with a J) and the creative behind all these luxury treats. I am married to my biggest supporter and mom to three beautiful children who are more than a handful and keep me busy.

I absolutely love baking, as this is a passion whose roots were formed long ago as a child when my equipment was a basic pig-tail bucket and pot-spoon, to cream the essential butter and sugar, and to this day I am an absolute sucker for a traditional vanilla sponge cake.

Baking is my passion and being able to create luxurious bespoke cakes is a dream come true. I’m so blessed to be able to share it with you all. Forever grateful for every one of you for supporting this passion and helping this dream grow.

There is so much happening behind the scenes that I truly cannot wait to share with you all. In the meantime, thank you for your continued support!
