I have finally got my act sorted out and sent some hoggets and Mutton to slaughter!
I will be collecting them on Wednesday 29th Oct.
Please let me know if you would like any. NO LAMB this year.
£140 for a whole animal £75 for a half.
I will also probably have mince, dice, and joints available. Let me know what you would like by next Tuesday (21st) as that is when I will be giving the butcher the cutting list.
Just a warning there will be no Mutton next year.
