We’ve arrived in Colombia 🇨🇴

For the first time, the Caffeine team are here at origin in Colombia, a country that already plays an important role in our coffee offering through our Top Dog blend.

Over the next week, we’ll be meeting the farmers and producers behind the coffees we source, learning more about the crops, processing methods and communities behind the cup, and exploring new opportunities to bring something exciting back to the UK market.

It’s easy to talk about great coffee once it lands in a café, office or restaurant, but the real story starts here.

Grateful to be here, excited to learn, and proud to keep building stronger connections with the people behind every cup.

Robyn has recently joined Caffeine as our new Service Desk Administrator and we’re thrilled to have her on board!

Meet the Team: Mike

From supporting customers and bringing in new business, to making sure every coffee setup runs smoothly, Mike has been a big part of the Caffeine journey over the last four years.

Known for his honest approach, strong customer relationships and passion for hospitality, Mike is all about making life easier for customers and delivering great coffee experiences from start to finish.

Originally from South Africa, he brings plenty of energy, humour and a strong work ethic to the team every day.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find him on the golf course, training for a run, watching sports or enjoying a Guinness with friends 🍻⛳️

London Coffee Festival 2026 ☕️

This year, the Caffeine team had the opportunity to jump on the Victoria Arduino stand and showcase our new coffee range across the weekend… and honestly, the response blew us away.

From serving coffees and talking all things hospitality, to catching up with long-term customers and meeting so many new faces within the industry, the whole few days reminded us exactly why we love what we do.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by for a coffee, a chat, or showed interest in what we’re building at Caffeine. The support, feedback and energy around the brand genuinely meant a lot to the team.

Massive thanks as well to Victoria Arduino for having us involved.

From coordinating installations to helping with events and marketing projects, Katie is involved in a bit of everything at Caffeine!

As Sales Coordinator, she works closely with customers and teams across the business to help make sure everything runs smoothly from order through to installation.

Always organised, approachable and happy to help, Katie is known for keeping things on track behind the scenes and bringing a positive energy to the team.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her doing nails, brunching, planning something spontaneous or spending time with friends, family and her dogs.
