I have to thank patil for giving me the opportunity to make this cake.
It was the 10th anniversary of the wonderful organisation she and her husband created to help carers in India. Their job is very tiring and usually unappreciated.
Please have a look at their charity Carers Worldwide and if you are able, they would love your help, as little or as big as you can.
The cake was a blueberry and lavender at the bottom and carrot and sultanas on the top, following the colours of their name. All covered in white fondant and decorated with purple and orange flowers that my lovely friend badagola and her dad helped me make. ❤️
