A fully loaded batch of another bespoke distillation of Twelve Bore off to its new home with 🏡🍊

Our Twelve B0re is a funny one. Some bottles are crystal clear, some slightly misty, and some properly cloudy.

That’s down to the abundance of fresh orange zest we use and the fact we don’t chill filter. The natural citrus oils move in and out of suspension depending on temperature, giving each bottle its own character.

We could filter it all out and make every bottle look identical, but we’d rather keep the depth of flavour exactly where it belongs.

Clear, misty or cloudy… it’s all part of the charm.

5 years ago this week… and honestly we’ve no idea where that time’s gone 🥹

From bare distillery walls and covid markets to dandelion harvests, gin schools and recipe developments… it’s been a bit of a whirlwind.

Still farming.
Still distilling.
Still making it up as we go along half the time 😂
