It all started 11 years ago with a plastic box with a battery operated dryer designed by our engineer friend. Werner started making Biltong for us and our friends liked it. And so Chiltern Artisan started. 10 years of hard work of making Biltong and droewors on a weekly basis. Thanks to all of you for your ongoing support.
