There's something extra special about this Christmas. 🎄

For years, you've collected your Christmas turkey from us at Nether Haugh Farm. This year, for the very first time, we'll also be celebrating in our own shop – Graysons Farmers & Butchers at Wentworth Garden Centre.

We're so excited to share it with you. Our turkeys are still slow grown and traditionally reared on the farm, and every order is still hung and hand butchered just for you.

The only thing that's changed is how you order:
📧 Until the shop opens, email [email protected] and we'll send your order form over.
📝 Once we're open, pop in, fill out a paper form and hand it straight back to us.

Collect from the shop in 2-hour slots on 23rd or 24th December, or from the farm on the evening of the 23rd (5–8pm) – just tell us which on your form. We'll then confirm with an order number and take your deposit.

Our pre-order list is shorter this year, because the shop will be fully stocked for everything else you need when you come to collect.

Orders close Sunday 13th December, or sooner if we sell out – so please don't leave it too late! Thank you for being part of our story. We can't wait to see you this Christmas.

Thanks so much to everyone for helping us clear out the freezer last night! I can't believe how quickly we sold out - and it's made us remember how much we love doing this!

We took quite a lot of time off direct selling this year in preparation for the opening the shop and now we're raring to go again!

After a busy day sorting orders, doing some deliveries and collections, we're having an evening in our favourite place - the Peak District - to do some nature hunting!

For those having deliveries on Sunday - I'll see you between 9am-11am ☀️

Everything has been professionally butchered, vacuum packed and frozen, and includes some of our most popular products:

The end of summer is here, and it feels like the quickest six-week holiday ever ☀️

It's been a summer full of family time, adventures, and making memories. The big boys have had an amazing summer, and it's hard to believe how much they've grown up.

This was our last summer before Tommy started school — a milestone that means more to us than most people will ever know. There were times over the last four years when we weren't sure Tommy would make it to this point, let alone be thriving in mainstream school and absolutely loving it.

Seeing him so happy, confident and excited for this new chapter has been incredible.

As one chapter begins for Tommy, another begins for us too. With all three boys settling into their next stages, it's full steam ahead for us with Graysons Farmers & Butchers . An exciting new chapter for the whole family.

Here's to new beginnings, big milestones, and watching our boys grow up far too quickly. ❤️

Graysons Farmers & Butchers is opening soon at Wentworth Garden Centre, and we're building our small but growing team from the ground up. We've got two roles up for grabs:

Retail Assistant
Friendly, reliable and customer-focused? We'd love to hear from you.
💷 £13.50/hour · 🕒 16–30 hrs/week (weekends included)  

Butcher / Processor
Skilled, semi-retired, or keen to learn — we'll shape the role around the right person.
💷 Competitive pay, depending on experience · 🕒 Flexible hours

A few from a very busy July 🌞

Farm work, nursery graduation 🥲, a trip to Dublin with friends to drink guiness and see Luke Combs, the boys meeting The Sheep Game at the Great Yorkshire show, lots of hog roasts and of course lots of cows.

Over the past few months, we hit the pause button on selling our meat direct while we've been busy getting Graysons ready to open.

But when The Middle Coffee House invited us to be part of their Summer Fest, we couldn't say no!

We'll be bringing a selection of our meats from Nether Haugh Farm, including our award-winning sausages, handmade lamb koftas and juicy burgers. Better still, we'll be firing up the grill so you can enjoy them freshly cooked on the day.

We've been busy prepping all week... and we've made 500 lamb koftas ready for the day! 🤯

This is a great opportunity to stock up on your favourite Nether Haugh Farm meat before our new shop opens, so if you've been missing us, now's your chance. Once it's gone, it's gone.
