🌞🚜 As our summer HAF Funded Visits come to an end, we would like to say a huge THANK YOU 🙏💚 to all the families who joined us this Summer!! 🚜 🌞

What was your Favourite themed week or activity?

This summer saw the introduction of our family "Cook With Us" workshops. Each week, families created a different recipe using low-cost ingredients to make healthy, tasty meals. Families were also able to take home recipe sheets to recreate the dishes at home.

Our healthy snack sticks were another big hit! Prepared by the young people, they made the perfect accompaniment to a delicious jacket potato lunch.

Over the four weeks, we:
🚣 Built tiny rafts and tested them on the river
🌲 Constructed dens in the forest
🐞 Created bug hotels and sunflower bug hotels in the sunflower fields 🌻
🐐 Met, fed and cared for our animals

We've loved spending the summer with you, seeing new friendships grow, confidence develop, and creating lots of wonderful memories together. 😊
