SO.... A few changes are happening behind the scenes. Firstly we have a name change and are no longer just about gin! Take from that what you will, and secondly the team has expanded.

Now that the festive period is out the way, we need to start knuckling down to get our recipe perfected.

We are finally happy with our logo too, here it is!

Our lovely gin botanicals during the distillation process!

There is something so satisfying about watching it all come together in real life. Seeing our recipe being brought alive really is a wonderful thing.

Prototype batch number 3 is in progress, dialing down of one botanical to try and bring through the flavours of some of the more delicate botanicals is the next plan.

We shall update you once we have the recipe perfected..... but its close!

Prototype #2 is going down pretty well with refreshingly light Fever Tree tonic.

Tomorrow we will try with Schweppes.

What a shame that part of the process involves drinking lots of gin!

Fantastic day today working with our Master Distiller. The prototype will be ready for us to taste test tomorrow. SO exciting
