WE’RE HIRING!

It’s that time again! Due to the continued growth of our business, we’re on the lookout for our next in-store team member to join the team at West Kilbride Village Store.

Previous retail experience isn’t essential – for us, the person matters more than the CV. We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ Friendly and approachable
✅ Able to work on their own initiative
✅ Reliable with excellent timekeeping
✅ Positive with a can-do attitude
✅ Confident making decisions and solving problems
✅ Keen to learn and develop new skills

Applicants must be aged 18+, hold a full UK driving licence, and have availability to work evenings and weekends due to the nature of the industry. The role will also involve assisting with our home delivery service using our branded delivery vehicle as well as supporting the wider store operation.

For the right candidate, there will be progression opportunities within the business including ;

• Key Holder responsibilities
• Post Office training
• Cash handling and management training
• Increased rates of pay as additional responsibilities are taken on

All training is fully paid, and we are committed to promoting from within wherever possible.

Initial shifts will be offered on a paid trial-shift basis, allowing both the candidate and the business to ensure the role is the right fit before progressing further.
