Well we’re finally in! It took 6 months ‘ish from viewing but we’ve done it we’ve bought our first home together.
The kitchen is not really doing for me tbh so I think it’s safe to say you’ll mostly be getting slow cooker meals and alfresco cooking & dining until we can afford a new kitchen 🤗

Determined to lose more than 1lb this week 😩 didn’t even quite lose that last week, just 14oz that’s like a large coffee ffs.

Anyway tonight’s dinner I give you Potato Crust Quiche with spaghetti hoops because it just isn’t salad weather yet! Cut into 8 this is 285 Calories or cut into 6 slices it’s 381 calories.

Welcome to March! For us, this month is all about counting calories, trucker tucker meal prep & losing some weight.

We’re actually already a week in to this and there’s a little experiment today on a full English in the lorry! Hopefully a bit of a treat after suffering porridge all week 😆 so we’ll see how that turns out later.

Chicken Satay Skewers these were sooooo good. And only 85 Calories per skewer with sauce plus 24 for the salad and 117 per 100g rice.

I didn’t do a video of the prep but I’ll definitely do one at the weekend as I’ll be making more. (These were prepared at the weekend and frozen along with other meal prep)

Pizza Night! This is one of the best bits of family time in our house with a bit of competition for the top pizza.

That calzone was an absolute monster!

Homemade Lamb Doner Kebab! We’ve had this a few times now and it’s a firm fakeaway favourite.

2 ingredient flat breads! These go great as naan breads for curry’s or rolled bigger as wraps for kebabs or anything really. They take literally minutes to make and can be frozen for use later.
I added garlic and herb butter as they came out if the pan. Delish 👌
