Tonight we had Spaghetti Meatballs with Paolozzis Chilli Pasta Sauce 🌶

These Homemade Meatballs have become a massive hit in our house!

The meatballs are quick & easy:

To serve 6
759g mined beef
109g bread crumbs
2 eggs
70g Parmesan (plus some to serve)

Mix the above. Make into golf size or smaller balls, cook for 20 - 30 minutes in a roasting oven (ie fan 180 degrees) - heat the Paolozzis Classic or Chilli Sauce in a pan then add the meatballs once cooked. In the meantime cook the pasta of your choice, warm you ciabatta, pour your wine (??) & enjoy. ❤️
