Round 2 complete and 2 different batches of Welsh cakes made for tomorrows Monday morning Thermomix advisor team meeting. This one is the original Cookidoo recipe with currents, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. ROUND 1
This adapted Cookidoo recipe is for Welsh cakes to take to the Monday morning Thermomix meeting tomorrow. I have replaced the currents with chocolate chips and taken out the cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.
Just currently making round 2 which is the official Cookidoo recipe with all the original ingredients. Video to follow

And this is why I have changed my work diary so that I now have Mondays off.
Monday mornings are now saved for my Thermomix meetings at the hub in Wakefield. Today we were told about the new updates
(I will do another post on this as it is VERY exciting). We were also given a lesson on sourdough and how to make the starter.
We were even given our very own starter to take home with us so we can make our own sourdough. I am very excited about this as I have never made it before.

Being an advisor is such a pleasure, not only do you get to meet up with so many lovely people, you also get to earn your Thermomix for a discount price or if you hit target you can earn it free. Since I started I have got x2 Thermomix for FREE 🤩
