Just Desserts Just Desserts started life in the now world famous Salt's Mill in West Yorkshire and baked their first cake one cold February morning in 1985.

This International Coffee Day, we are celebrating the longstanding, complex history of coffee in patisserie with some highlight products from the Just Desserts range:

Coffee & Walnut Cake- A quintessentially British cake, often featuring as an afternoon tea delicacy. 🍰

Just Desserts' new Tiramisu Brownie is up for a trophy as Britain's 'New Bakery Product of the Year', already having passed two rounds of testing and trialling by industry professionals.

Have you tried our finalist yet? With espresso-infused sponge fingers and fresh mascarpone on a fudgy brownie base, this dessert is designed to blend nostalgia with innovation. The Tiramisu Brownie delivers on the traditional coffee flavour and creaminess iconic to tiramisu- but reinvented in the style of a contemporary traybake.
