Before Chai Apple, there was an orchard. Years ago, our founder Miles planted the apple trees that we have here at Box Bush Farm. Today, at the end of every summer, we handpick their fruit and press them ourselves. This is where the story of each bottle begins.

The apples bring their own naturally occurring sweetness. Cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves add familiar, warming spice, while star anise and black peppercorns bring a little intrigue. A dash of our apple c***r vinegar adds a touch of acidity to bring it all together.

Every ingredient has its part to play. Swipe to meet them and discover what goes into our Chai Apple.

Introducing the flavour of the season: Spiced Chai Apple. Its story begins at Box Bush Farm, where our apples ripened underneath the British summer sunshine. As autumn arrived, we handpicked the best, juiciest apples and press them on the farm, before balancing the flavour with chai spices.

In each sip, you’ll find warming notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, woven through the familiar taste of our Somerset apples.

Chai Apple is made for those moments where welly boots come off, cheeks still rosy from an autumn walk, and there’s time to sit and savour something warm. Or, pour a glass over the dinner table, where one story leads to another.

Meet the Local Voice: Mark Walker

Mark has been General Manager at Newton Farm Shop & CafĂŠ since 2020, surrounded every day by brilliant food and drink produced by independent businesses from across the local area.

Walk through the farm shop and you’ll find everything from delicious sauerkrauts by and warming hot chocolate from , to high-quality meat from Newton Farm itself, alongside a range of Bradley’s juices and sparkling drinks, which we’ve proudly supplied to Newton for years.

But Mark has also seen another side of the food industry.

Before joining Newton, he spent part of his career working for a major supermarket, giving him an interesting perspective on the differences between the two worlds.

So we wanted to ask him: what really changes when you buy something produced locally rather than through a much larger supply chain? And when you spend ÂŁ1 with a local business, where does that money actually go?

From freshness and provenance to the relationship between farmers, producers, retailers and their customers, Mark shares what he’s learned from experiencing both sides of the coin.

Recently, the WSJ published an article on how we’re probably overthinking how much water we need to drink. Naturally, as a drinks brand, that caught our attention.

We had a read through, and even we have to agree that hydration culture has gone a tad silly, with the huge Stanley cups, two litre water bottles with motivational markings, and electrolyte powders that kind of just sit at your desk.

But, despite all the talk about hydration, many of us still struggle to drink enough throughout the day, but the answer isn’t to drink more water, it’s about drinking better. Staying hydrated shouldn’t be a ”part-time job”, forcing litres of water down in a manner you don’t particularly enjoy.

Our approach has been to make it enjoyable, with flavoured sparkling water cans with real squeezed fruit, no sugars, and low calories - something you actually look forward to drinking.

We asked Jack from a simple question: out of all the drinks brands he could stock, why Bradley’s?

Shambala Festival isn’t quite the same without a can of Bradley’s sparkling water to keep you refreshed over 4 days of music, colour, dancing, good food and even better company.

We love seeing our drinks out in the wild, being enjoyed at festivals like Shambala where people come together, discover independent producers and doing going the extra mile for sustainability.

As the last leg of summer arrives, we’re holding onto those slow, sunny afternoons for just a little longer.

Our Elderflower Presse has been one of your summer favourites, and it’s easy to see why. It’s light, delicately floral and gently sparkling taste is unmistakenly the taste of an English summer. It’s perfect when poured cold in the garden, when packed for a picnic or served alongside a long lunch in the sunshine.
