Here we have chicken fillets which have garlic butter in them and wrapped in streaky bacon with a garlic and herb glaze.

And the chicken parcels, which are deboned chicken legs stuffed and roled.
Similar to out chixken cusions.

We have 2 options on these this week.
1 with our pork tikka sausage mix
The other with our fruity Caribbean sausage mix

04/09/2026

These chicken cusions seem tobe a favourite for our customer's.

We take a whole chicken and debone it,
Stuff it and then roll & tie it
This week we have used a sage and onion stuffing which has the red onion on the top.

And the other is apricot and almond stuffing and dried apricots on top. 🤤
