✨ It’s been a little while since my last post - I’ve just realised I forgot to upload some of my recent cakes! 😅 Marketing isn’t my favourite part, but baking definitely is! 🧁 I’ll be sharing the photos one by one soon, so stay tuned for some sweet inspiration. 💛

Let’s start with this elegant Black Forest cake - a rich chocolate sponge layered with whipped cream and cherries 🍒. The design is all about celebration: black and white with a touch of gold, topped with a handmade fondant graduation cap and diploma to mark a very special achievement! 🎓✨

For this sweet 1st birthday, I also made a baby-friendly smash cake – soft banana sponge with no added sugar, filled with unsweetened double cream and topped with fresh berries for a naturally delicious treat 🍓🫐

A gentle and fun option for little ones to enjoy on their special day – and perfect for messy hands and happy smiles! 💕
