Meet your new favourite summer serve — our Herb Verde - Mojito style. Lots of Fresh mint gently bruised to release the oils, a squeezy of zingy lime, a generous pour of Herb Verde topped with soda, still water or tonic over a mountain of ice. That's it. That's the drink.

This is my kind of table. Tomato salad with lots of delicious Olive Oil, a big bowl of tabbouleh, good bread, great company - and a fresh spritz to match alongside.

I'm one of Ottolenghi's biggest fans — from the days of Plenty right through to Simple. Some of my all-time favourite dishes for a summer feast come from his books: carrots with harissa and pomegranate, fennel with Rosary goats' curd, peach and green bean salad, yoghurt with tomatoes... I could go on, and on!

For those who take their aperitivo seriously.

Orange Cinchona - bittersweet, complex, and deeply satisfying in the way that only a proper botanical aperitif can be. Cinchona bark for the bitter backbone. Citrus for the brightness. A finish that lingers long after the glass is empty.

My favourite serve: clementine tonic, a mountain of ice, a fat wedge of orange or grapefruit, and a sprig of rosemary. Non-negotiable.

Available in 950ml and 475ml - because one format was never going to be enough for this one.

Bitter. Bold. Utterly unforgettable. As prescribed.
