Slow Sauce have reimagined these Japanese staples to make the most of British ingredients...

Their Miso & Shoyu* pack the familiar savoury, umami-ness you want, while also being made from oats rather than soy (which we can grow more easily in the UK!)🌱

The Scottish oats give them a delicious nutty taste & slight sweetness, and means they're a great soy-free alternative (as well as being gluten-free, organic & vegan)😊

(*like a lighter, Japanese style soy sauce!)

So this is advance warning of our summer holidays. We will be closed from 6th-20th July (inclusive) for some much-needed R&R.
