For my something new I’m finally trying a recipe out of one of the millions of books I have on my bookshelf gathering dust!

And it involves using some home-grown rhubarb too 😋

Thank you to everyone who came along to this morning’s cake club.
For the first time ever, we almost finished one of them due it being so delicious!
As usual I was rubbish at taking photos sorry 🙈
I’m in th process of finalising the date for the next one, but it’s likely to be in March where our theme will be Spring Bakes. Watch this space!

Thank you so much to everyone who came along to our festive themed cake club this morning.

It’s was fantastic to see so many new faces, and there were some absolutely delicious bakes:

🍰 Amy and Lily made a white chocolate and orange cake
😋Judit and Daniel made a babka with apricot, dark chocolate and almonds
🫎 Rishaan and Tarana made festive smartie cookies and reindeer cup cakes
🥮 Julia made a mincemeat crumble cake
❄️ Louis made snowflake biscuits
😋 Kate made malteser and gingerbread traybake

It’s safe to say we were all full by the end!
