Zinzie Cakes Zinzie Cakes is a small cake business since 2014 specialising in high quality gluten free baking Almost all of my cakes and baked goods are gluten free.

A lot of time has been spent testing and developing recipes, making sure that neither taste nor texture are compromised. I do not use fondant icing or branded sweets or biscuits in any products.

I'm today definitely until 12 and may still be here till 1 depending on how the cakes are looking in this warm weather....
