📣 Brinsworth customers – we need your thoughts!
For quite some time now, our Fridays at Brinsworth have been noticeably quieter than our other locations. We tend to have a busy spell for around 1½–2 hours, but then things go very quiet for the remaining 2–3 hours.
Unfortunately, long term this isn't sustainable unless we start to significantly reduce the range and variety of products we bring along – and that's not something we feel would benefit anyone.
We're looking at a few possible options and would love your feedback:
➡️ Move to a Wednesday afternoon pop-up, 2pm–4pm, which may attract some new customers
➡️ Reduce our Friday hours to a shorter morning session, 8am–10am
➡️ In the worst-case scenario, we may have to leave the location altogether (We would absolutely hate this, as we have some absolutely amazing loyal customers who we would hate to let down!)
➡️ Keep things as they are – Fridays, 8am–12pm (our preferred option, but at the moment just isn't sustainable)
Before making any decisions, we'd really like to hear from the people who use and support us. What would work best for you? Would a different day or time make it easier for you to visit?
In the meantime, we'd love to see as many of you as possible TOMORROW this Friday at The Three Magpies, at our usual spot and times (8am–12pm) we have got plenty available for you all tomorrow, including a huge range of BBQ lines!
