Unsurprisingly, we are located in the spectacular bay of Dunnet where the freshest of air and the purest of water are in abundance. Our goal is to create spirits which reflect the Caithness way. Gin gets its name from our first botanical forage along the cliffs of the Pentland Firth, where we were introduced to Rhodioloa rosea, a rose in the rocks. Thousands of years ago, the Vikings would forage wild exposed cliffs like these to gather Rhodiola rosea. This was thought to give them the extra strength to continue on with their long, arduous journeys. Our gin uses this โ€œrock roseโ€ and a blend of local and traditional botanicals to create a unique taste from the Highlands of Scotland. We distil, bottle, hand wax and sign every bottle before it leaves our wee distillery.

It is a great opportunity to come and be part of of something special - we have great plans ahead and we need the team for it!

We are recruiting over at our Stannergill Whisky distillery! As some of our team are heading away to uni or returning to their studies we are looking for more people to join our team!

We are looking for organised, capable and presentable people to join our restaurant crew!

We are also looking for Kitchen Porters to work in our busy kitchen.

We have a variety of shifts which include weekdays, weekend days and Friday and Saturday evenings.
