Kingsway Quarter represents the kind of bold partnership working that can transform communities. By bringing forward new affordable homes on this prominent site, we have an opportunity to regenerate an important gateway into the town centre, and support the wider ambitions for Widnes.

We look forward to developing our proposals over the coming months and engaging with residents and stakeholders as our plans evolve. We're proud to be working with Halton Borough Council on a plan which could help reshape this part of the town for decades to come ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป

A home is more than four walls. It's independence, choice, dignity and belonging.

This , we're proud to shine a spotlight on Crow Wood Gardens, our latest supported living development being delivered in partnership with Halton Borough Council (HBC).

The scheme will provide high-quality homes for adults with additional needs related to disabilities or health conditions, supporting residents to live as independently as possible while accessing the care they need.

Featuring self-contained apartments with communal spaces and 24/7 support, alongside purpose-built bungalows with live-in care, Crow Wood Gardens has been designed around independence, wellbeing and choice.

Because everyone deserves the right home, with the right support, at the right time. Homes are being allocated through HBC Adult social services, you can read more about Crow Wood Gardens here ๐Ÿ‘‰https://www.haltonhousing.co.uk/about-us/our-developments/crow-wood-gardens

โค๏ธ ๐Ÿงฅ 108 coats donated. 108 acts of kindness.

A huge thank you to our colleagues and residents for their incredible generosity. Together, we've donated an amazing 108 winter coats to help local adults and children stay warm this winter.

The collection received fantastic support across our workplaces and independent living schemes, with people coming together to support those who may be finding the colder months difficult.

Earlier this week, our Social Impact and Engagement team delivered the donations to Halton & St Helens Voluntary and Community Action, which will distribute them to local individuals and families who need them most.

๐Ÿš‘ Helping to Keep Halton's Defibrillators Rescue Ready โค๏ธ

We're proud to support Aidanโ€™s fundraising for Community Defibrillators - Aidansteddybearchallenge with a ยฃ1,000 grant from our Helping Hands Fund, made possible through the Travis Perkins Legacy Fund.

The funding will help cover the ongoing costs of maintaining community defibrillators across Halton, including replacement pads, batteries and emergency rescue kits, ensuring these lifesaving devices are ready when they're needed most.

The award comes as the project celebrates an incredible milestone, with the installation of its 50th community defibrillator across the borough. ๐ŸŽ‰

Well done to Aidan and everyone involved in this fantastic initiative, which continues to make Halton a safer place for residents and visitors alike.
