Unfortunately we have had to make the decision not to attend Hale Carnival today, the winds are far too high for safety with the gazebos. We have a commercial gazebo and full cast iron weights, but the wind can be so unpredictable.

The new loaded Gold Cookie is going down a storm at Broadgreen hospital this morning. A soft cookie base filled with vanilla cookie dough, caramel sauce and a gold bar.

These will also be available at Hale Carnival tomorrow, please bring cash, card payments wouldn't go through last year!

I've been having a little baking play today, these are baked (not fried) doughnuts, so like a sweet bread, loaded with cheesecake, ill let the husband test later for a verdict! Not sure when these will be available, it's too hot at the moment, but is this something ud like to see on the menu?
