THIS WEEKEND - MANCHESTER STREET FOOD X WIGAN PINTS

We’ve got a cracking line up of pan Asian street food landing at The Brewery Project this weekend from the legends that are Siu Mai Bar handmade in Manchester and cooked fresh to order here in Wigan!

Think signature siu mai, crispy prawn wontons, Korean style dumplings and Dan Dan noodles. Plenty of veggie options too, so bring your appetite 😋

Serving Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October from 12pm each day

Find us under the arches, right near Wigan train stations.

Now we’ve got your attention… we’re pleased to announce that we have great food incoming!!!!

// Siu Mai Bar from Dumpling Lam Manchester is popping up at The Brewery Project Wigan on 16 - 18 October. They’ve got a great line up of pan Asian street food - come and grab them Fri, Sat and Sun from 12 - it’s one of their last pop ups of the year!

// Then…from the end of October - we’ve got a cracking new food provider joining us. A local collab with passionate people serving up a lip smacking menu of tasty treats - more on that soon… it’s going to be worth the wait!!!
