Taking care and attention is crucial very every thali that goes out and the end result is always amazing … the colours , textures and explosion of flavours . I always love putting these together

Still totally overwhelmed with the response I’ve had after my collab with a week ago …such a special evening for us all.

I can truly say my food was devoured and really appreciated. Everyone was so welcoming and I feel grateful to have been invited to cook and serve you all.

Love how yoga and the thali come together … after a lovely slow flow there’s nothing better than nourishing yourself with delicious vegan/ vegetarian curries.

I always love serving up a thali also as there’s no better way to appreciate and eat Indian food - a mini tapas of all things lovely. Really looking forward to more evenings like this .

A huge Thankyou to .read.9469 as always for all your help and my lovely mum - such a whiz in the kitchen !!
