After a load of engineers attending site, our Costa machine is finally back on and running. With everyone’s favourite hot and cold drinks 🤩✨

We have a fault in our data connections between the shop and veriphone (chip and pin machines)

They have fixed one, but not the other.

Store is currently running on 1 normal till and other is cash only.

We are chasing but with it being a weekend, just getting the ‘will be fixed within 24hrs’

Costa coffee machine update.

After 9 calls, 5 engineer visits we were told the machine was good to go yesterday.

So setup the cleaning cycle this morning and the machine started to leak again.

Another engineer is due out in next 24hrs to sort the leak (again).

Hopefully will be working again early next week.
