We’re up, stocked, and ready to rock and roll today! 🥩🔪

Just a quick reminder that, with the warm weather, we’ll be cutting most products fresh from the fridge throughout the day. As a mobile butcher, we don’t have the luxury of shade or air conditioning, so keeping our products chilled until they’re needed is the best way to maintain the quality and freshness you expect from us.

So if the counter looks a little empty when you arrive, don’t worry! If it’s on our board outside, we’ve got it and we’ll happily cut it fresh for you. 👍
