Newly released, and for the first time in can is our Dom Boc 4.2% – A smooth and sessionable amber ale with flavours of dried fruit, raisin and toasted caramel.

We've also added collection dates to the website for shop orders right through until new year.

Solas Pilsner is now on draught at The Drovers in South Wonston. Pop in and pay them a visit. You'll often find one of our ales on too. This week Saxon, and also the limited edition Green Hop.

SOLAS from Alfred's Brewery now on the bar.

Solas is 4.8% ABV - Unfiltered Pilsner. This is a smooth, easy drinking Pilsner style lager hybridising a classic German malt profile and methodology with new American "Neo-Noble" hop varietals. This gives a bready, clean malt backbone and a floral, zesty hop character. This has been left unfiltered to allow the ingredients to really shine so may pour with a slight natural haze.
