A proper brew deserves proper milk ☕️🥛

And it doesn’t get much better than raw, organic milk from we couldn’t resist grabbing some while out on deliveries.

While others rely on “premium sources”, we go one step further.

For Years, we’ve brewed Lake District Tea using only authentic Lake District rainwater 🌧️

But not just any rain…

Each drop must be hand-caught on 1st April before midday, When the clouds reach peak flavour and chuck out the biggest drops.

Our team have been be stationed across the fells since sunrise today, equipped with traditional collection spoons to ensure nothing is lost.

Every batch is then gently rested, filtered through heritage slate, and balanced to perfection.

Miss it… and you’ll have to wait another year.

Because great tea isn’t rushed.

Our Earlwick Grey has picked up Bronze at the Farm Shop & Deli Awards 🥉 and we’re absolutely over the moon about it.

When we first created this tea we just wanted to put our own little Lake District twist on a classic Earl Grey so seeing it recognised by the judges feels pretty special.

For a small tea company from the Lakes, it means a lot.
Thanks to everyone who’s brewed it, stocked it, shared it and supported us along the way. We genuinely appreciate it.

Now… kettle on to celebrate 🫖
