Apologies for my inactivity. I have let the majority of you know that I’m putting this business on hold for a little bit whilst I go and study my dream degree at university. Bakes By Jess started during lockdown when I was bored and had no idea what the future was looking like, and I’m so glad I did take the chance to delve deeper into something I knew I loved but wasn’t sure how good I was at it. This summer I decided to turn my notifications off and enjoy my last summer of freedom, after this year I’m officially responsible for myself and my summers will be filled with working and studying (hopefully something I love though!!!!!!) so I just wanted to let myself enjoy that last little snippet of childhood. But I still have loaaaaads of pics of my work that I haven’t uploaded and just because I’m putting this on hold I don’t want to hide this because I am so proud of what I’ve created. Thanks everyone for all your support and hope you enjoy the next few posts. I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to take on as I’m not living at home right now but if you do have a query about a cake or an order you’d like to place just pop me a message and I’ll see what I can do if I can do anything.
