Fine Handmade Savoury Tarts and Exquisite Almond Slices All baked on the farm using best butter and real free range eggs. Spiced wild Cheshire rabbit tart.

Some of the best tarts and slices that you will ever find. Our own bespoke speciality recipes created and handcrafted for you. Partridge and Pancetta in a Pear Tart "on the first day of Christmas....." Smoked ham, port orange and cranberry tart topped with local golden Cheshire Brie. Walnut, fig, madeira and Stilton tart
In the Farm Shop we sell a range of handmade cakes and the best Almond Slices in Cheshire.

Wishing all of my lovely customers a very Happy Platinum Jubilee Celebration.
I am still struggling with lung damage after Covid and unable to work as yet, so I will not be at Rode Hall Farmers Market or Abbey Leys Farmers Market in June.
Will be back as soon as I am well enough.

After suffering a severe bout of Covid in February this year I have been left with lung problems and breathing difficulties which is making physical activity and work difficult to undertake at the moment.
I am not able to bake for Rode Hall Farmers Market on Saturday 7th May but will be back as soon as I possibly can be.
Hoping that everyone enjoys a lovely Farmers market on Saturday very sorry not to be part of it.

A Local Community Farmers Market in a Real Farm Yard.
Today Sunday 1st May from 10am to 1pm.
Browse the stalls both in the barn and in the farm yard selling Local Cheese, Organic Meats, Jane with her fabulous bread and bakes she bakes all night and arrives with warm bread straight from the oven.
Clare is on my stall selling a range of Sticky Toffee Puddings including Sticky Stem Ginger pudding with Caramelised apples and a ginger sauce.
Sticky Chocolate and Baileys pudding with Baileys sauce (1 litre of Baileys in each small batch)
And of course our Luxury Farmhouse Sticky Toffee Pudding.
All perfect for your Bank Holiday Treats!
The market is at Abbey Leys Farm, Peacock Lane, High Legh, Cheshire.

Busy baking for the lovely Rode Hall Farmers Market this Saturday 2nd April 9am to 1.30pm.
Find me in the lower large barn.
I shall be bringing Cheshire Wild Rabbit tart with prunes, pancetta & lashings of Cognac!
Ham hock & c***r tart with delicious Tarporley Golden Brie & Caramelised onions.
Chilli Roasted Butternut Squash tart with Toasted pine nuts.
My sublime handmade Almond Slices including Damson Gin Almond Slices.
Handmade Lemon curd.
Sticky Stem Ginger pudding with Caramelised apples and a ginger w**e sauce.
Looking forward to seeing you at the market this weekend.

A little late confirming my attendance at the lovely Rode Hall Farmers Market tomorrow from 9am to 1.30pm.
I will be situated in the lower barn with My delicious handmade Almond Slices - the damsons are simmering in gin now for the Damson Gin Almond Slices.
Plus I will have some gorgeous Ham & Caramelised onion Tarts plus Chilli Roasted Butternut Squash tart topped with Toasted pine nuts.
See you there, don't forget it a Snowdrop walk market for those who want to enjoy the carpet of Snowdrops at Rode Hall.

Very disappointed that I cannot be at Rode Hall Farmers Market this Saturday due to Covid reasons.
But so much looking forward to being back at Rode Hall on Saturday 5th March with a lovely range of Savoury Tarts, Almond Slices & puddings.

I shall be baking delicious Savoury Tarts, Handmade Almond Slices and Very Special Sticky Toffee Puddings for this lovely Snowdrop Farmers Market at Rode Hall.
Anyone who wants to order can call email me from 1st February to reserve slices/puds etc to collect ready packaged from me at the Farmers market.
Please note the barns are large farm yard barns with excellent ventilation.

Looking forward very much to being at The Rode Hall Snowdrop Farmers Market on Saturday 5th February 2022 9am to 1pm.
Combine a visit to this unique Farmers Market with a lovely wander through the carpets of Snowdrops at Rode Hall.
Find me in the lower farmyard barn ( very well ventilated) with a selection of delicious Savoury Tarts, Handmade Almond Slices and some very special Sticky Toffee Puddings.
Live music playing and lots of delicious Local food to buy.

Very Special Christmas puddings available from our small farm shop at Outside Farm, Chester Lane, Winsford CW7 2QW.
Choose from Sticky Toffee Pudding with Roasted Pears and a Gentle Spiced Rum Sauce - probably the flavour of Christmas on a plate!
Or Sticky Marmalade puddings with a sublime famous Grouse Wh**ky Sauce.
Serve with gorgeous ice cream for a very special Festive pudding.
