With the launch of Kate Ryan Flavour.ie excellent Blood, Guts and Black Pudding, the Financial Times has written a lovely piece in their Supplement today. Although book documents fresh blood’s culinary journey in Ireland, the crossovers are obvious in many areas. As we’re the UK’s only scaled producers of the fresh blood puddings, we got a cheeky little mention and a photo or two . Thank you FT and its author, Ajesh Patalay. Booom! When a pizza is called Black Dynamite you know you’re not in sleepsville! Stubby’s Pizza are quite rightly revered on the Norfolk coast. Fresh Neopolitan pizza base with tomato and mozzarella with nduja, crispy chilli oil, chunks of Fruitpiggery and chives. “Git sum”.
