Haven't done a post for a bit but Chloe is home for a day or two so its her pick this week.
Sunday- Slow cooked beef brisket with honey glazed root veg and dauphinoise potatoes
Monday- left over brisket in a bbq sauce served in Bao buns topped with carrot and spring onion with potato wedges and homemade slaw
Tuesday- Smokey bourbon sausage pasta bake
Wednesday- Lamb koftas with vegetable rice and salad
Thursday- Homemade Gyros with skewered chichen thighs marinated in Greek yoghurt, store cupboard herbs and spices and lemon juice, sweet pickled red onions and salad
Friday- Sirloin steak with skin on fries, caramelised onions, garlic butter mushrooms, grilled tomato and a corn on the cob.
Saturday- night out on the town!
