For our CEO, Steve, the journey started in 1985—the year the Titanic was discovered. That fascination sparked a lifelong mission: to recreate the unmatched elegance of the “Ship of Dreams” for those of us today.

At Tremblays, we don’t just host a dinner; we host a masterpiece. Our 10-course tasting menu is an exact tribute to the dishes served on April 13th, 1912. Every pour of champagne and every note on the piano is a step back in time to the most famous voyage in history.
