As usual, we are ready for the food market @ Reading University tomorrow Thursday 17th October 2024.
We're happy to bring you fresh homemade HongKong and Vietnamese food.
Especially, this time we have Vietnamese Beef Stew (Bò Kho or Bò Sốt Vang). It is a Vietnamese home-style and street food beef stew that combines French culinary influence with the flavors of Vietnam.
