We’ve been a bit quiet — it’s been a busy time creating elegant French bakes, while I’ve also been working at Nibsy’s Gluten Free at Reading Station, specialising in gluten-free treats. If you have allergies or need gluten-free options, it’s definitely worth a visit!

Things are getting very busy at Baxter & Bear as we get closer to Christmas!
First, I have to say what an honour it is to be working at Nibsy’s Gluten-Free Bakery in Reading. Naomi has been showing me all the tricks of working with gluten-free and vegan recipes, and giving me a real behind-the-scenes look at a growing wholesale business.

You’ll be seeing lots of posts from Nibsy’s—because it means so much to me that people who eat gluten-free can finally enjoy the most delicious treats!

Secondly… we’ve officially started creating our delicious, festive Christmas goodies 🎄✨
