Passionate about BBQ we are able to supply smoking meats / bbq meats online. Briskets, Pork Ribs, Pork Butts alongside tradtional BBQ cuts. We also provide monthly Butchery Courses.

I was very kindly sent the new gold dual to play with and honestly have to say it’s amazing! Set up out the box took no time at all, the probes connect almost instantly when you remove them and connectivity to phone was superb. The app features are great, plenty of recipe ideas and pre set cooking times/temps. Can’t really fault it at all!

What a day!!! Country & ‘Cue was amazing!! I handed over the reigns of the BBQ to Matt, David & Toby and boy did they smash it!!! Did me so proud!! And sharing the stage with Ross Grant doing butchery demos was definitely a highlight! Thankyou Ross for organising the entire Hot Wing challenge and dealing with me over the last few weeks leading up to yesterday! Already planning 2027!! 🔥
