🎤 Comedy Republic Presents: Live Comedy at Bearwood Brewing🎤

We’re bringing our first ever Comedy Night to the Bearwood Taproom this October, alongside Comedy Republic!

Headlining the night is internationally acclaimed storyteller Matt Price, known for his warm stage presence, sharp wit and brilliant crowd work.

He’ll be joined by Yuriko Kotani, winner of the BBC New Comedy Award 2015, and acclaimed Scottish comedian and writer Stephen Carlin.

And keeping everything moving on the night is our host, Wokingham’s very own Victoria Smith!

🍂 SEPTEMBER AT THE TAPROOM🍂

We’ve got food pop-ups throughout the month, three Quiz Nights, our very first Open Mic Jam Session and, of course, the big one… Bearwood Turns ONE!

Our first birthday celebrations take over the taproom from September 18th–20th, and we’ll be releasing FIVE brand-new collaboration b**rs brewed with some pretty exciting names from the b**r world.

Plus, Happy Hour continues every day from 4:30–6:30PM and our outdoor seating is available every day the taproom is open.

A little look behind the scenes at one of our FIVE collaboration brews created especially for Bearwood Turns ONE!

We’ve teamed up with some pretty big names from the b**r world for our first birthday, with five brand-new b**rs being brewed for the celebrations.

We’re keeping this one under wraps for just a little longer… any guesses who we’ve been brewing with and what we’ve made?

All five collabs will be pouring during Bearwood Turns ONE, September 18th–20th.

BEHIND THE SCENES AT BEARWOOD 🍺

Our second Bearwood Brewery Tour & Tasting Session is coming up!

Join Head Brewer John Willatts on Saturday 3rd October at 11:30AM for a 90-minute look behind the scenes at how our b**rs are made, from grain to glass.

Your £19.95 ticket includes a guided brewery tour with a ½ pint of your choice, followed by a tasting paddle and tutored tasting with John. You’ll also get 10% off draught b**r and Bearwood takeaway cans for the rest of the day.

Spaces are limited and fewer than 10 tickets remain, so head to the Events page on our website to purchase your tickets.

And you might want to stick around afterwards… we’ve got a little Oktoberfest celebration happening in the taproom that day too. Think German b**rs, curry sausages, pretzels and more.

Chetzemoka is a bright and refreshing Extra Pale Ale, packed with fresh hop character and plenty of juicy flavour.

Brewed with Simcoe, Nectaron and Citra, expect bright citrus, tropical fruit and a refreshing hoppy finish at 5.4% ABV.

🎨 BRUSHES & BREWS 🍺

We’re bringing a Sip & Paint Night to the Bearwood Taproom!

Join us and on Thursday 15th October from 7–10PM for an evening of painting, drinking and good company.

No painting experience needed! You’ll be guided through your masterpiece step-by-step, with all of your painting materials provided. Just grab yourself a pint, glass of w**e or whatever takes your fancy from the bar and get painting.
