🚪 We may be closed today, but the roastery has been hard at work.
Our Sicilian blend was roasted yesterday and is now resting, allowing carbon dioxide to escape while the flavours continue to develop. This important stage helps the coffee reach its best before its ready for you on Tuesday. ☕️
